Importer's Info and EPA Approval
Yes, after nearly two years of work we have approval for the Suzuki Carry (Super Stalker) minitruck. The Carry is now called the Super Stalker in the United States. If you are an importer and would like to buy top quality trucks that have EPA and ARB approval you now have several options.
Option One:
You can invest 200-300 hours of your time and allocate between $80,000 and $100,000.00 over the next 18 months to get the certificate like we did.
Option Two:
Pay $3,500.00 buyers agreement fee, plus per vehicle charges which cover cost of warranty, owners manual (in English), and a charge for the labels and MSO certificates.
You pay the $3,500 once per motor family. For example the Suzuki certificate fee covers all K6A motors from about 2002-2010.
For each vehicle there is also:
•$275.00 Warranty fee. (30 months or 10,000 km.)
•117.00 Required allocation for statutory production
testing.
•398.00 RSM (Gung Ho) Emissions label 25.00 Owners
manual (In English).
•52.00 Refundable warranty start fee.
•22.00 EPA Hang Tags, express mailings, and service
translations charge.
The $52.00 Refundable warranty start fee is returned to you as soon as you sell the vehicle and complete the warranty coupon. This starts the warranty clock ticking.
We will package and deliver your trucks to your chosen location. You will receive a MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) certificate and owners manual for each truck purchased. You will also receive all relevant service bulletins translated into English and a parts manual for your servicing needs (available 03-16-09).
This is an outstanding opportunity for almost anyone seeking to sell top quality EPA approved minitrucks. In addition, we will refer all interested customers calling from your area, to your location if you have inventory in stock. This is a very easy option and you can be in business in just a few short days.
Option Three
This option is for the largest of minitruck dealers and is available after receipt of five shipments under option two. With this option you pay us one fee and we share our test results and knowledge to help you get your own certificate. You pay one fee and you will save about a year of aggravation. Your total fee will be much less than if you tried to obtain the certificate yourself and you should have your certificate in less then six months.
To be eligible for this option you must purchase five shipments under option two. If you elect to us obtain the certificate your buyer agreement fee payment of $3500.00 will be applied to your conversion to option three.
